I met Loren when he applied for a position as an IT student consultant in the general computing labs at James Madison University. He impressed me during the interview with his professionalism and initiative. Loren was hired as an IT student consultant on May 12, 2012. As an IT student consultant, Loren was a responsible and conscientious employee who went the extra mile. He demonstrated great judgment, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and was a consistently dependable employee. I have always seen him act in a mature and professional manner, even in stressful situations. Loren demonstrates the ability to work well with his fellow employees in a team environment, and is capable and comfortable when working independently. He always maintains a positive attitude toward his work and helps bring out the best in his fellow employees. Loren accepts and masters new challenges enthusiastically and is always eager for new things to learn. Loren is detailed-oriented, with excellent people skills and is a very dedicated young man. He has a strong work ethic and has high expectations of himself. We will be losing a valuable member of our staff when Loren graduates. However, I feel the personal and professional skills Loren possesses make him an excellent candidate for any company or institute. Bridget Moyer Computer Lab Operations Manager
