As ETS coordinator the main responsibilities are related to coordination, information management, IT and telecommunications management and strategy along with customer support and service for communities. IT and telecommunications management and strategy at all level : infrastructure, security, service delivery are key for this position where the ETS coordinator (me) is also responsible for the unit budget. I am responsible for initial assessment for projects and for project management and implementation ensuring the projects delivers it promises effectively and efficiently bringing added values for the organization.

Since February 2006 until now I work in Digicel Haiti as VAS engineer. I managed the Voice Mail, who called, the SMSC, GPRS (SGSN and GGSN), ADC and the Roamware platforms. I also work on the Invigo platform responsible for charging of the roaming SMS and Volubill responsible for charging of the WAP and Web sessions. March 2007 I work mainly on the new products using Linux, tomcat, oracle database mainly but mnesia too and the USSD codes. I also have some experiences with WAP and MMS using now SMS solutions. I also handle CSR.
