Working with Elaine was as enjoyable as it was effective. She has a keen ability to answer questions and explore the issues associated with the root of the problem. My company was seeking guidance on a social media strategy and had been thinking that a "Social Media Playbook" would be a helpful document in developing this presence. With Elaine's coaching, we realized that there is no such playbook and learned that the iterative process of social media development is both required and beneficial to a company's digital strategy and overall marketing campaign. Her diligence in delivering solid advice, paired with integrated and exploratory tasks, brought our firm to a whole new level in our web presence and way of thinking about our image. This all came together in three months and we have a solid plan for the foreseeable future. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her coaching to anyone who wants to move their firm forward digitally.

Elaine helps keep the town I live in awash with thinking, planning, and intellectually curious marketing graduates. This is great because the town I live in isn't that big. But we have an outsize presence in digital marketing as a result of the work that Elaine does to foster thinking and marketing experimentation in her students. It takes a lot to make a marketing culture that works. Elaine is a key piece of that for Burlington, Vermont and beyond.
