Provided a strategic HR function supporting the Board, Shareholders, Executive and employees across multiple sites. Leading a small professional team in the provision of an HR Business Partnering function including L&D, Reward & Recognition, Culture Change and payroll following the TUPE transfer of staff from founding organisations. In addition, as a co-director of the pensions administration business, led the transformation programme in the absence of the managing director of that business for a period of 12 months whilst recruiting a replacement. This involved a huge organisational design change programme including transferring the main activity of the business to the North East (from London) resulting in redundancies, retention programmes and recruitment and selection challenges providing regular updates to shareholders and board members on progress and challenges.
