I worked with Kirk as a personal trainer for over a year. He is very personable and makes working out fun. I got great results. He knows how to push you toward stretch goals, but also the respects limits of your capability. He is very encouraging and I wanted to work hard when I was training with him.

Karen Harvell Francis, MA

Kirk is a professional who is results driven and believes in excellence. His commitment to his clients is commendable. He leads by example and his work ethic is unmatched. I would highly recommend Kirk without hesitation and given the opportunity would love to work with him again.

I evaluate the physical health of hard drives that are:1. Making noises2. Been dropped3. Been in fire/water4. Fail to spin5. Have been opened prior to us receiving itBased on my findings the hard drive is either sent forward in our system for recovery or I give the end user a call to inform them that the damage is too severe to recover. In addition to these duties I also replace parts in a damaged hard drive in an effort to make it a viable candidate for recovery. We will do everything possible to achieve a successful recovery for each client and never charge them a dime if we fail. Show less
