In a very short timeframe Tobias and his colleagues have been able to develop a highly qualitative software solution which today is used by more then 200 fishing vessels in the Netherlands. Tobias is very precise in his work and dedicated to get the job done, without doing concessions in quality of work. Apart from being a good developer, he has also skills to think and act beyond technique and explain solutions and business processes to the non-technical management.
