I worked together with Kate for 2 years, and it's worth noting that it was she who brought me into the company. I worked extensively with Kate to find and hire QA engineers (but we also collaborated in the search for candidates for other positions) at different levels and on different teams. Kate proved herself to be a top-notch specialist. She actively communicated with me to clarify the details of position descriptions and requirements for candidates. All the necessary syncs occurred in a timely manner and all of the selected candidates met their job requirements. All the information about the company, the team and expectations was communicated to the candidates in full, so that they had no further questions. In addition, Kate helped to create and describe the QAE hiring process for Eastern Europe offices. I really enjoyed working with Kate and I really felt that we worked as a team.
