In my current role, I am responsible for all-things billing. I invoice clients, maintain client accounts, make daily deposits, balance multiple accounts/programs, run mulitple reports/generate statistics, and facilitate the collections of overdue accounts. In addition, I provide general office support which includes answering phone calls, sorting/distributing mail, data entry, and email correspondence. I had began this role on a part-time, contracted basis and was offered a full-time, permanent position after working with the company for 6 months. I am now involved in many projects, most noteably, re-formatting the way in which we program our call centre accounts to follow a particular script/process flow. Show less

It was my responsibility to ensure that all necesarry client documenation was satisfactory and submitted to their applicable mortgage lender for approval prior to their closing date.
