I had the pleasure of working with Glenn at two companies, and have the utmost respect for his talents. He has very strong skills in HW board design for embedded systems, with excellent discipline in DO-178B process. I've seen Glenn work with a cool head under tough project schedules, solve complicated signal integrity problems, lead a team of HW designers, provide guidance to junior engineers, and listen to the ideas his peers presented. Glenn is also an excellent team-mate, has never balked at a challenge, was fun, and encouraged us to find new solutions to difficult problems. I highly recommend Glenn for a position in his field.
