I have also coordinated with managers to set performance goals and objectives and ensure that employees receive the necessary training. As an Assistant HR Manager, I have also been responsible for managing employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances. I have provided guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, conducted investigations into complaints, and recommended appropriate actions. I have also maintained accurate and complete employee relations records.
