I provided executive leadership and vision in administering a comprehensive range of programs and services. I worked to formulate, recommend, implement and evaluate policies, procedures, programs, processes and systems related to the student experience. In this, I was able to develop, maintain, and enhance student programs by promoting a culture of student learning and development, cultivating creative approaches to provide student services, programs, and initiatives. I loved directing the institution’s student leadership development program, collaborating with other campus departments and coordinating training and events for student leaders. I created and implemented the College’s first Minor in Leadership Studies program, and developed and facilitated the Leadership Certificate Program.
