This ranges from critically reviewing how said student explains their thesis, how they could improve it and how to better organize their grand ideas to ensuring that they're properly using MLA format or APA format for their essays. Additionally I attend workshops and meetings with the other peer tutors on how to better our craft as teachers and how to approach new ideas like how different multicultural students approach writing essays.
