Glenn A. Mueller is Chief Excellence Officer for RPM Pizza, LLC. His family-run business, RPM Pizza, LLC, celebrated 36 years in the industry this year and is the largest Domino’s franchisee in the United States. RPM Pizza is a 187 store franchise with a $30 million payroll and 3,900+ Team Members serving over 10 million pizzas annually. Today the company is the leading pizza delivery company in New Orleans, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, LA, Hattiesburg, MS and the MS Gulf Coast. In 1981, Glenn and his brother, Richard P. Mueller, partnered to form RPM Pizza, Inc. in Gulfport, MS. Glenn was initially responsible for setting up the legal, financial, and administrative systems for the company. Since 1981, he has led the company to record sales and employment. During 1990 and 1991, Glenn served at the corporate office, Domino’s Pizza, Inc., as Vice President of Franchise Operations and Pizzazz Operations to put Domino’s Pizza stores in airports and stadiums across the country. After Richard Jr. retired in 2003, Glenn became the franchisee of record—his brother returned to head up marketing 5 years later. Glenn achieved his CPA and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University. He also holds an MBA, graduating with honors, from the University of Michigan. Glenn also served as the President of the Forum for 22 years. For now over 25 years the Forum has promoted a positive self-improvement meeting. The Forum mission is to better franchisees, their families and relationships. Glenn’s goals are to make RPM Pizza the #1 franchise of Domino’s Pizza and most innovative in the Domino’s system and perhaps the food industry. Glenn wants to ensure RPM Pizza has the best pay, training and career opportunities of any food company. Further he wants to give back to the community and make it safer while improving the quality of life for the communities served.
