I worked with Earl on an Advisory engagement from May 2014 through May 2015. Earl served as an intern on the engagement and performed work usually assigned to staff-level team members. He demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and an ability to resolve routine and sometimes complex issues independently. He gained experience related to back office and middle-office operations and knowledge of various fixed income, asset-backed, and mortgage-backed securities. Earl also coordinated meetings and completed research projects. Earl worked well with all of the members of the team. It was a pleasure working with Earl.

Earl, is a detailed oriented worker. He has displayed an ability to develop a working knowledge of Asset Backed Securities (ABS) payments in a short period of time. His work was accurate and presented in an organized fashion.
