Brazilian operation was still running in the old platform and I was then responsible for adding new features to it as Brazilian market grew very fast (more than 1 million subscribers). I’ve faced performance and scalability issues as we had millions of pageviews/month and thousands of messages (SMS) were processed per minute. My direct reports were team leads, software architects and QA’s. By that time, our goal was to expand PlayPhone operations around the globe.
