It is hard not to recommend Stefano as a colleague or as a manager. Bright, always on, with a light touch. He is an excellent networker, curious and organised. Vastly knowledgeable on social aspects and impacts of ICTs. A pleasure to work with, hopefully there will be other occasions in the future.

After completing the DigComp 2.2 update, I am now collaborating with the JRC scientific officer in charge of the Feasibility Study for the European Digital Skills Certificate, envisioned by Action 9 of the Digital Education Action Plan (DEAP). As part of the process, I am moderating the Digital Competence Certification community of practice (Certification CoP) set up by All Digital which will contribute to the Study's stakeholders consultations. The EDSC Study should be completed by the end of 2023. Show less
