Niels did an outstanding job in recruiting an Application Administrator and System Administrator for EndemolShineGroup. I know this company from my previous job but the job application was open for a while with competitors. When filling in the positions became urgent we asked Niels for assistance. Candidates where tested on both technical and soft skills and high demanding profiles. I really appreciated not being over-flooded with cv's and the easy going phone conversations. Liked the 5 minutes phone calls at the end of the workday which was highly appreciated instead of sending lots of mails during the busy workday. Niels also managed myself and candidates responding quickly to him. Therefore our System Administrator was able to start even earlier then expected. Definitely above expectation delivery and perhaps even more important to say I have received positive feedback from both candidates.
