Como Coach, tem imensa capacidade de observação, grande capacidade de empatia e escuta activa, constrói hipóteses numa perspectiva alargada, tem uma mente que é um paraquedas aberto e surpreende com novos e diferentes pontos de vista, devolvendo ao cliente as pistas que o ajudarão a perceber alternativas e construir uma solução e uma visão nova. Extraordinária na escuta activa, registando até o que não nos apercebemos dizer. Percebe o não-dito e coloca-o de forma segura questionando o cliente com muita honestidade, clareza e conforto. Como cliente senti-me guiada em todas as fases do processo percebi sempre o que ia fazer, porquê e para quê. Todas as questões colocadas foram esclarecidas nas razões e impactos. A Ana Sofia consegue ir ao âmago do indivíduo e descascar a cebola deixando-nos transparentes mas seguros na nossa 'vulnerabilidade'. E contudo saimos de cada sessão fortalecidos na nossa auto-estima e confiança na vida. É uma coach que transmite uma confiança inabalável com a qual certamente muitos irão ser capazes de se abrir, mesmo sem intenção inicial para tal, e claramente os resultados serão o explorar de novos caminhos de forma segura e eficiente.
