I had the opportunity to work with Greg Sheen at CJ Logistics. From the first interview, it was obvious how much Greg cared about each of his employees as a person. Greg is a high level strategist and was able to put together a strategic vision for the IT department that helped us not only design IT solutions for today but for employees joining the working force in the future. He has a great ability to turn complex IT concepts into stories that were easily understandable by a variety of audiences. His calm demeanor made him fantastic at negotiating the most contentious contracts. Beyond this, Greg was a leader that believed in diverse perspectives and strongly supported diverse employees in his organization. I enjoyed my time working with Greg. I admire Greg’s leadership and appreciate the positive impact he had on the organization in helping us achieve our goals.
