During the last half year I had the pleasure to work with Denise on a symposium. The symposium was about Talent Management. I really enjoyed working with Denise because she was always cheerful, enthusiastic and very reliable. Moreover, Denise was very active and really wanted to help and to do things. Furthermore, I developed an onboarding plan for all employees, integrated the legal changes regarding paid parental leave and the latest collective labor agreement (CAO) changes into our policy documents, conducted research on various subsidy schemes, and contributed to the writing of various policy documents.
