He showed great strength in Product Management by executing thorough problem and solution discovery, empowering the development teams to create better the product by bringing users closer to the development process, mastering data and qualitative insights to drive his decision making. I really enjoyed our collaboration, the insights he brought to the table on how to improve the way we work which greatly contributed to our product management team’s development. I truly appreciate his honesty and transparency in challenging situations, and proactiveness in finding solutions to tackle those challenges. We collaborated on several simulation-development projects and successfully delivered all of them. Francisco carried out his Product Owner role admirably.
