Megan is an incredibly organised person with a high attention to detail she has an infectious personality and I've always seen a smile on her face. We worked together to enhance the candidate's experience of Protocol Education, London and Europe. Megan arranged information talks for the candidates as well as events for them to mingle. These were always organised to perfection with no detail left to chance. Candidate feedback was always very positive and her events had such a good reputation, there was always a waiting list! Megan also worked hard and succeeded at raising the social media profile at Protocol Education. We worked together on campaigns such as competitions and blogs to create engagement with the community. She is creative and driven and our campaigns were successful. Meetings with Megan were always productive and engaging but also memorable, she's a great personality to work with and I wish he all the best in her next venture.

I have known Megan for a couple of years now and worked with her since day one of career with Protocol Education. Her first role in the Candidate Management team allowed her to shine. Her ability to build relationships with candidates and consultants was second to none and her teaching background created buy in from both. She was never going to be in this team for long as her passion and desire to be creative was caged and since moving into her new position has been unleashed to work on the projects and campaigns she enjoys. Megan is positive, hard working and selfless and this is always reflected in her personality as well as her work. She is vital to this company's continued growth and development and we look forward to having her around for many years to come.

I was lucky enough to be selected as one of 400 Equestrian Games Makers to assist with the running of the Eventing, Modern Pentathlon and Para-Dressage events. For the Modern Pentathlon, my responsibilities were on the Field of Play, and I assisted in managing the stables during the Paralympic Games. During the Eventing, I was a crossing point steward responsible for foot and vehicle traffic on cross-country day. A highlight was having the HRH Princess Royal and other notable riders stop at my crossing point on practice day. Previously, I was involved with the Dressage at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics Games. I loaned my horse to the Great Britain team where my horse and rider (Nicola Tustain) won Individual Bronze, Gold and Team Gold.
