I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for about 5 years. As one of my department managers I learned I could quickly trust Jeff's judgement on a variety of topics. Perhaps the most important was his keen insight on the personnel dynamics in the plant. He was always able to distill complex problems into a simple "leave this one alone" or "you'd better do something about this one" type category. This was tremendously helpful in weeding through the daily challenges of running a plant. On the technical side, Jeff is equally talented. He is a practical engineer and can utilize his personal skilla to solve difficult problems with simple solutions because he listens to what the operators really want. He doesn't over-engineer something that doesn't need to be. At the same time, I always found Jeff to be up on the latest technology and gadgets. If the time called for it, he could advise on the latest and greatest and impliment those in a straight-forward way too. Jeff has a wide variety of skill sets that are very hard to find. it's hard to find an engineer with both technical and people skills. On top of it, this one comes with leadership too. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and miss his talents, leadership, and insight.

For over 7+ years, I've observed Jeff in his formal role as a maintenance engineer and project manager. He has uncanny ability to objectively analyze challenging problems; then develop solutions that meet or exceed expectations. He's able to achieve these results by not only understanding operational requirements but enlisting support from "the right people for the right solution." From my 10+ years of observing and consulting with manufacturing companies, Jeff is one of the best project managers who knows how to achieve results, utilizing people, processes and resources.
