Matt has been a great asset to our organization. Professionally he is one of the best sales professionals I've witnessed. He has an unique ability to use his wit and humor to put everyone at ease. He makes sales presentations surprisingly entertaining and engaging. He always does well to command the room and is a diplomatic leader. On a personal level you can tell Matt truly cares about people and goes out of his way to welcome someone and lend a helping hand even on various projects. Says a lot about his character.
