I have had the pleasure of working with Pasi for the past 6 years at Kauko and can confidently say that Pasi is a highly competent IT solution specialist and team leader. Pasi's technical expertise is truly impressive. Pasi deeply understands a wide range of IT systems and is always up-to-date on the latest technologies. This has been invaluable in Pasi’s ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively. Pasi is also a pleasure to work with due to his excellent communication skills and positive attitude. Pasi is always willing to lend a helping hand and go above and beyond to ensure that our team was successful. This, combined with Pasi’s strong work ethic and dedication to their work, has made them a valuable asset to our team. I highly recommend Pasi as a solution specialist and as a team leader. Pasi’s technical expertise, ability to lead a team, problem-solving skills, and personal qualities make him an invaluable asset to any team.

I had the privilege of working with Pasi for over eight years in Kauko Oy. During that time, he grew from Kauko's customers' support to the backbone of the entire service business and was definitely one of the most important people in customer support and presales activities. Pasi is a very versatile IT professional, he is a very convincing expert especially in the role of the pre-sales engineer, but also a caring and efficient problem solver in his position when it comes to business-critical environments of customers. In addition to his strong IT skills, he is also a very collegial person and, has helped several junior engineers develop into professionals in Kauko's organization. Furthermore, he has an excellent reputation with the Panasonic Toughbook organization, where he worked as part of a pan-European sales engineer team.

Multitask role including among other tasks: - Technical pre- and post-sales support- 2nd/3rd level customer support for Panasonic Toughbook rugged devices and applications- Process and project management - Several systems administration roles Within this role I have advanced many steps in technical aspects within software, hardware and problem solving skills. Multicultural environment with Panasonic European Sales Engineering team have given me a great deal of global visibility. Together with our sales team, we have achieved many significant success stories by providing out-of-the-box solutions for business critical users and use cases. After delivering these solutions I have been managing these with or behalf of the customer IT departments.Endpoint management systems (EMM/MDM/Intune) and PSA system administration and some customer administrational requirements have improved my skills around process management and seeing things with wider view. This is something that thrives me forward and I want to focus more in the future.

    • Head of Post-Sales
      • Apr 2016 - May 2018

Dual role as a team manager of technical Post-Sales and Service team, while still keeping the previous ICT Specialist tasks. I managed our 7-9 person skilled technical Post-Sales team with a solid positive feedback form all the parties. The team management and different personalities have provided me a great deal of interpersonal skills and ability to see things from other perspective. Process and project management skills got boosted in this role due different requirements from customers and internal system development. My logical mindset seems to be built for process management and have greatly advanced Kauko's solutions. While being a team leader I had also my previous role as a ICT specialist for Panasonic Toughbook rugged devices and specialized hospital IT devices. These devices are used in environments that have several differences to usual IT environments. So the challenges can vary a lot and require very different type of approach that have taught me advanced logical problem solving skills, ability to see a wider view and improved my user-first-attitude.Within this role I have learned a lot of myself, where and how to work and which type of role suits best for me. Both employees and managers gave solid positive feedback for my work. But personally I see myself being a team player within my own area of expertise Instead of a supervisor or team manager. Due this insight I shifted more towards specialist role.

I joined Kaukomarkkinat Oy's (later Kauko Oy) Post-Sales team to develop my technical skills and utilize prior experience within customer service and technical support. And these targets were achieved and so much more. With highly skilled team we provided new solutions and services to customers, maintained and developed further. Within this role I learn a great deal around device management in non-standard environments where logical and out-of-the-box solutions are required. Device and software level support with Panasonic Toughbook maintenance and installation required a new type of approach compared to usual office environment. Providing 2nd level support to customers IT departments is sometimes challenging and requires a wide knowledge of ICT industry and interpersonal skills to be achieved. Joining the Toughbook European Sales Engineering team further enhanced the my global aspect and wider view around ICT industry. This environment provided continuous way to look things further, seek different angles on issues and provided constant usage of English language. Company management provided me a new challenge after less than two years. So I changed as a Head of Post-Sales, managing this highly skilled team.

I began my BBA in ICT studies 2010 and applied as IT Service Manager at Esmerk Oy a year later to match my future as an ICT professional. In Esmerk I managed our media monitoring systems and was responsible for timely delivery of automated reports to customers. Our global teams wrote article briefs to our customers around their required industries but also monitored customers own visibility in media. These reports were then gathered and provided as a daily report via email but were also integrated to companies intranet or other suitable systems. In June 2012 M-Brain Oy acquired Esmerk Oy. Due this change we needed to transfer all IT systems to M-Brain from prior mother company. These included full domain transfer but also reporting systems and their management. My tasks included to manage this project as project manager. In M-Brain I joined the IT department and got a dual role as Senior System Administrator in order to provide internal ICT system support. This role included also procurement of devices, external services and asset management. Previous role as IT Service Manager remain unchanged. In these roles I learned wide range of different tasks around ICT management, processes and project management. There were several systems to manage including our intranet. That included also being part of the internal communication team. I got selected as deputy work place steward since I was interested the business side of management. In 2013 I finished my BBA in ICT studies, half year sooner than expected and studies pursued along full time work. My thesis "Purchase and life cycle model of ICT equipment – Case M-Brain Group" explored management models like ITIL, ICT Standard Forum and COBIT5.Different tasks and systems within these positions: IT service support, Project management, ICT help desk / 1. and 2. level, Production system specialist, Software and web page development, Windows server maintenance, Windows XP / 7 maintenance, Internal communications,
