I worked in Santeri’s team as a Content Lead at Claned. Although our time working together was short, he is hands-down one of the best team managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Santeri has excellent project management skills, and when faced with challenges, is a calm, flexible and resourceful leader. He is also extremely methodical and organised and never runs short on creative ideas, approaches or solutions. When the right ideas come along, he wastes no time in developing them into tangible, effective projects and assets. As a manager, Santeri’s greatest ability is his natural knack for bringing out the best in his team, nurturing talent with insight and guidance. He is a dedicated sounding board who will patiently brainstorm and nudge you in the background to help you discover the best solutions. Santeri is also a deeply empathetic leader, who is always eager to offer support, knowledge and humour even during difficult times. I believe Santeri is an endlessly creative and collaborative leader and would be a valuable asset to any company.

I worked in Santeri’s team at Claned as a Visual Designer. My experience working with him was a fantastic one. Not only is Santeri extremely good at what he does, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable and I learnt a lot from him. We come from different professions yet working with each other was a breeze. Santeri knew how to get the best out of everyone who worked in his team. We have collaborated on a wide set of projects for claned ranging from podcast series, webpages, branding material etc. I would highly recommend him in the field of marketing, he really knows what he’s doing. I also highly recommend Santeri as a reliable leader. Communication with him is clear and to the point. He also cares deeply for the people who worked in his team and I couldn’t have asked for a more empathetic manager. In short, I'd say it takes a special person who can successfully be a team, manager, head of marketing and a great colleague altogether.
