Amanda is a strong member of my team and I have not reservations about leaving her to manage our events while I am out of the office at market. She always keeps me informed regarding our events and bubbles up any urgent issues, so that they are resolved quickly. Being able to rely on her makes it easier for me to concentrate on finding new vendors and working on building relationships with existing vendors while at market. Amanda is instrumental in the event building process. We meet on a daily basis to review the calendar. Once an event is on the calendar, Amanda takes initiative in reaching out to vendors for all information needed for the event. Amanda always pushes back on the vendor if their vendor doc is incomplete or their images do not meet our minimum standards. Her strong organizational and event management skills ensure that we do not fall behind creative timeline.
