Jason built our social media presence. I mean we didn't even have a social media person before. Another team-member just did it in their spare time. Jason built it and then integrated it into the whole of GAIN's communication strategy, voice, and fundraising. That is HUGE, especially for a small non-profit. He's a fast, reliable, hard worker. He was the go-to person if we needed anyone to go the extra mile, or even step slightly out of their role if a situation needed it. I know Jason will be a crucial asset at any organization lucky enough to have him.
