  My responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating and counseling of staff. The on-going total number of staff was typically (14) employees, which cared for (10) residents. I was also responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring treatment and behavioral plans were followed, ensuring compliance with all OPWDD regulations (which we were audited on annually), maintaining a staffing, clothing and petty cash budget and working in conjunction with other departments such as maintenance, human resources, payroll, medical and fiscal to ensure all of the residents' and staff's needs were met.
