      As the Global IT Helpdesk Leader, I provided managerial and technical guidance to Level 1, 2, and 3 Technicians and to the international Helpdesk team comprised of 29 individuals with offices located in USA, Mexico, and India. We were part of an international team of 60 IT members which was headquartered in Sylmar, CA. As the trainer for incoming Helpdesk members worldwide, I always led by example and set myself to the highest standards in every single task I carried out. I worked around the clock, 12, 24, and 36 hour shifts to be fully available for our North American, South American, European, and Asian clientele of about 1800 internal and 2500 external users worldwide. I handled escalated issues from Level 2 and Level 3 support, as well as day to day support and maintenance to virtual Windows 2003/2008 servers via Citrix Access Management/Presentation Server Console and VMWARE VSphere client. Each day I worked intensely with the following applications and was the worldwide lead on every one of these technologies: Active Directory, Exchange Management Console 2010, Citrix, VMWARE, SQL Server Reporting Services, Avaya Contact Center Management, and Avaya Call Pilot Manager for Voicemail. I was responsible for managing and creating access and subscriptions to our SQL Server Reporting Services. Responsible for creating, managing, migrating, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange accounts, including user inboxes, distribution groups, and mailbox database moves and migrations across 2 domains. My other tasks included managing folder permissions and security groups in 2 domains. Daily activities also included creating new software and operating procedures and presenting them to the company. I am very proud of the work I accomplished at this company and work I did to elevate the knowledge of every single member of the IT Department. Show less
