I have been fortunate enough to work with Mike on several transformative product experiences. Mike is a great communicator and leader, his passion for developing products that meet both the objectives of the business and the objectives of the user is incomparable. Constantly challenging the status quo to drive the products forward. He has the presence and ability to build and scale high performing teams which is incredible to watch. His highly empathetic approach creates an environment that is a perfect breeding ground for innovative ideas and solutions. Mike is great at taking complex technical requirements and translating them into actions that are easy to understand and even easier to design against. Effectively prioritising new features and functionality and mitigating technical debt. He has a comprehensive understanding of the entire end-to-end process and an obsession with product optimisation and enhancement. Launching several highly successful products that keep getting better and better. He’s a great guy to boot.
