Programme Manager (contract)
-
2007 - 2007
Programme Manager of an €8 million initiative involving 6 different internal/external streams of delivery, central to identifying, planning, managing and reporting all activities for the Client. Negotiated a circa 3 million external vendor contract for the solution, services and support of the chosen vendor. The solution required the swap out of an existing platform in favor of one which would maintain existing functionality while offering added revenue streams and opportunities for product development. The scale of the initiative required involvement with trade unions during negotiations, while considering regulatory pressures over timescales and service availability. Responsible for budgetary outlay and forecasts for the period. This required ongoing consultation with the procurement function over contract negotiations under scrutiny from the Executive board. Ensure suitable training, change management, and roll out activities were co-ordinated across multiple logical and physical operations. Mentored internal project manager for handover to implementation phase. Show less
