At KAIST ( formerly ICU), I had actively involved with various RF IC design projects from industry like Samsung, ETRI .I have the expertise in designing RF blocks like LNA, Mixer, VCO and baseband analog blocks like LPF, VGA for UWB/WLAN/WCDMA etc .. and low power applicationsAlso the whole RF transceiver design for UWB, with system design and specification, as well as link budget ..The main tools are Cadence and ADS. Hand-on experiences from circuit analysis to schematic generation, layout, post-simulation, PCB making, chip testing and measurement.Mostly in CMOS technologies from TSMC, IBM and Samsung ..Other skills like PCB design, soldering and wirebonding, testing ..
