  I work in two main types of projects as follows: Software Project, AI project Software Project Tasks: Name: VIBBIDI, Finc, Profinans, Nexus Insight, Kaizen  Join the first period to check the feasibility of new project  Study software requirements and make Q&A  Create Test Plan and provide the estimation of QC tasks for PM  Create Test Cases ( Check List, detailed Test case, UAT test case)  Execute test (API Testing, Manual Testing)  Bug management ( Zenhub, Jira tool)  Identify quality risks and propose effective solution  Communicate with both internal & external stakeholders AI Project Tasks: Name: Zenta, HSBC, SMBC  Join the first period to check the feasibility of new project  Work closely with PC to acquire data, analyze data, study data requirements  Define data preparation tasks and data preparation approaches  Create data plan and provide estimation of QC tadata task for PM  Research Data tool, make Data Guideline about replicate and annotate data and transfer requirement to team member  Follow up to Data preparation, Data annotation progress  Execute test: Accuracy testing, Framework testing  Bug management and, Consolidate testing  Storage data  Identify quality risks and propose effective solution  Communicate with both internal & external stakeholders Other Project Tasks:  Support PC to transfer the requirements to team members  Support PM to make the task ticket on Management tool and follow up to track the progress  Support PM to create workflow in project: pineline workflow on ticket management tool Management Tasks:  Allocate resource between projects  Manage QC team and Data team  Make the training documents, train the new members  Inspire teamwork and motivate others to accomplish department goals  Point out the risk that can affect to team Show less
