Being one of the 40 young finalists among so many people presented to the Adecco Talent Factory project has been, in addition to a unique opportunity, a real discovery. It is a scholarship valued at more than €5,000 in which certain qualities that affect not only the professional field, but also the personal one, such as change management, leadership, empathy or self-criticism, are worked on. The group and individual coaching sessions, the professional meetings and the extra activities fostered the growth of each one of us. The final project I did together with my great team was "Light up", a platform where young people could write the questions they had and wanted to seniors, thus, we united two very different generations with much to contribute.
