In a strategic effort to increase the share of young customers in the media organization, I was responsible for running and developing the FM-radioformats ANR and Aura, the youth website anr.dk and a range of changing activities and events.It was all about bringing the content into the right context to fit the users frame of mind, while securing the future of regional media content in North Jutland by creating loyalty and possitive habits within the young target audience.And I dare say "mission complete". Since I started managing the radio activities in 2010, the number of weekly listeners on the main format, ANR, went up 16% from an already high level and I built new high profile morning- and drive shows. The number of users on anr.dk tripled after a complete relaunch in Q1 2012. (Both numbers from Q4 2012). Show less

I had multiple areas of responsability in the mediahouse during this period. Among them were the journalism on the websites in the NORDJYSKE portfolio, the content on a 24 hour news tv channel and the production of sports related material for all media platforms, selection and education of the interns in the editorial department. During my leadership the flagship site, www.nordjyske.dk, went from fourth position to being the number 1 newssite in the local market, beating all the national players.In addition to this I headed or participated in different digital projects of time limited character.In 2011 I lead the development of Denmarks first multimedia iPad-magazine and in 2012 I was head of development on the pay-site AaBinside.dk for fans of the local football team, breaking new online-ground for danish sports journalism.During this period of my employment with NORDJYSKE Media I was also appointed Head of radio, thus returning to the roots of my media career and spending time with the media platform I initially fell in love with many years earlier.
