As a Stark Scrum Master, I have worked closely with two different teams; one starting almost from scratch, the other a bit further, though still with some way to go. In both teams, I have worked intensely with the team dynamic and Scrum ceremonies to encourage the teams to grab the benefits and responsibility.In Stark, we also call ourselves agile coaches, as the organization itself was starting from scratch with agile development. In this capacity, I have been part of a team of coaches focusing on moving a very traditional organization one small, well-coordinated step at a time towards an agile organization, with the focus of delivering continuous value to the business.Some of the results I, and the rest of the coach team gained with the agile transformation are among others: removing bottlenecks at management level and giving professional decisions to teams, moved closer to the business and ensuring closer collaboration, replace task management with self-organizing teams where employees thrive and delivering value to the business every 14th day.The master education gave some theoretical aspects of agility, which I practiced in STARK, and have provided these theoretical aspects for STARK to use. I have gained strong competencies within coordination, having an overview and have unfolded my creative side for the benefit of STARK. Intern // Agile Transformation

As part of my master I have been an intern where I followed the transformation from plan-based IT department to agile teams. During the internship I combined practical experiences with theoretical knowledge and trying theory in practice, to help succeeding with the transformation. The internship resulted in a report “The Roadmap to Success – A Case Study of The Agile Transformation of DT Group IT” looking into challenges and success factors for an agile transformation. The results have been useful for me working as an agile coach / Scrum Master and has provided DT Group IT with knowledge. Show less
