Dave is a highly organised programme manager with specialist knowledge in infrastructure and networks but has huge experience with all items IT-related. He has excellent communication skills and is able to explain project progress, issues and changes to any level of the project team or company organisation (including the C-suite). He is practical and flexible in his approach and is key to motivating the team and driving initiatives forward to their needed conclusion. He is also able to advise on and implement improvements to established processes to ensure efficiencies are made moving forward. Dave is approachable and professional at all times. This openness allows all items to be discussed frankly and therefore any issues resolved quickly. He is highly respected and trusted to deliver on what he promises and he is also able to give options to help projects agree on how to move forward and overcome obstacles. He is a team player and a diplomat who is a pleasure to work with.

I have a member of the Project Team on a couple of projects for which Dave was the Project Manager, and I am always impressed with his ability to think logically, advise and give clear direction. He’s always calm and level-headed, even if things are not following plan. Furthermore, I have been glad to bring Dave on-board to provide advice for some other matters and concerns, as his opinion and ideas and always valued.
