I've been working with Paul for the last year. Moving from my Offline background MEC couldn't of placed me with a better mentor. Constantly asking questions of me, pushing me into zones I'm not familiar with and constantly imparting in me the need to look for the insight in any situation. Paul has helped change the way I think about Online Marketing and removed the Silo theory of approaching our industry which is prevalent in many individuals within our arena.
