I have worked with Yee for about the past 5 years and have come to know her as one of the hardest working and most dedicated people I have ever met. She is a very capable developer, product manager, team manager and change and release manager. She is relied upon for her knowledge, experience, commitment to quality and timeliness and overall performance. As a manger she oversees a team of 6 people that are responsible for managing the maintenance and changes that are part of the State of California Child Welfare System. She is very supportive of her team and their future goals and works to ensure her team is informed and well trained. Her team performs release management activities. issue troubleshooting, coordination and support involving 58 counties on requirements, application questions and concerns, project management and job aid documentation. Along with managing her own team, Yee is also the change and release manager for the CARES-Live application. In this capacity she was able to quickly take on managing the various releases, issue tracking and resolution, contract and work order knowledge and support, testing, coordination with the service desk, development teams, customer relations and upper management, project tracking and just about anything else that comes up. She is a quick thinker, very analytical and logical and she is able to act swiftly to questions, concerns and issues. She is well respected and sought out for input on most things related to the applications currently used by the social workers in California. She tracks an amazing amount of information and is always ready and able to weigh in on the simple and most complex issues and questions. She is smart, able to absorb and breakdown complex data, technologies and processes. I have learned a lot from Yee, and hope to continue to do so. There is no doubt that Yee is destined for great things and she is a tremendous asset on any project and team.

I have worked with many professionals throughout my journey, but Yee is a unique one to work. I started my CWDS management work journey with her, and she helped me understand the department’s internal process. Her work ethics are pristine, and she is easily adjustable to a given situation. I highly recommend Yee’s expertise to any person looking for change and release Manager. She is the most profound person I have met, her leadership and ability to tackle any problem is remarkable and with a warm smile. Yee would become an appreciated leader of any team. Her ability to go out of her way to help others has made her stand out. Thanks a lot, Yee!
