Mary worked with me for three years at Human Health Advocates, initially as my assistant--later as office manager. She was a neophyte regarding formal advocacy skills when she first joined us. She is anything but that now. Her development of multiple skills was highly impressive. Mary has a penchant for learning and retaining new things. She has tremendous compassion for patients--is incredibly well-organized and technologically savvy. Mary is a highly dedicated advocate--whose diligent work ethic--and her constant efforts to learn and improve are as fine as I've encountered. She's smart, analytical, and an effective communicator. Despite no longer being with me at Human Health Advocates(she is missed)--I can endorse her without reservations. She will give her all to help--is grounded by a strong sense of fairness and made a highly meaningful contribution to my company and to me personally. This dynamic woman is highly capable of assisting in an advocacy context--and finding answers to problems--or findings a source to assist when a client presents a matter outside of her solidified skill set. Her best feature might be her commitment to bettering herself and the planet.I wish her the all of the success she has been working so hard toward with her new venture. It is well-deserved.Provided she continues her growth on the trajectory I've witnessed, Mary has the potential to affect numerous lives in a favorable manner.Underlying all, is a pool of pure, profound empathy--I am very fond of Mary, have great respect for her, and am looking forward to her making significant contributions in the Patient Advocacy community locally and nationally, as she moves through time. SIX Stars!

I was initially impressed with Mary's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I hired her several years ago as a collection representative. She consistently demonstrated great work ethic and qualities. I heartily endorse her for any Revenue Cycle position. Mary is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Her ability to work with insurance companies to collect on old receivable is unparalleled, she researches and appeals accounts if needed until resolution. Mary multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload. She consistently met or surpassed all productivity and collection goals. Mary has a team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. I regularly received unsolicited praise from customers commending Mary's outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through. She is organized and diligent, Mary quickly learned technology systems and software. Mary is a hardworking, top-performing collection representative. She has my highest recommendation.
