  I've been waiting my whole life to have the time and money to do exactly what I wanted to do. The time has come.My first novel, Pungo Creek, was inspired by my own childhood on Pungo Creek in rural North Carolina where I grew up in a house shared by three generations. Other titles include: Reunion, Lilly's Tattoo and Revenge. I founded InPrint Magazine, a magazine for professional photographers, for which I was honored with the Federal Photographers Award for Excellence. I am an active member of the International Women’s Writing Guild and the National Writers Union.
