  While at Innogy I worked for npower RWE as Senior Full Stack Developer. I maintained SAPUI5 applications. I was part of the CRM team, which was leading the initiative to restructure out internal applications. npower is an energy retailer and therefore as part of the CRM team, Customer Support was at the forefront of our attention. We lead several initiatives to reduce the cost to serve and improve the User Experience of our agents so that we could increase the client satisfaction. As a developer I created some apps under that umbrella, specifically an application to monitor the latency in SAP CRM, extract metrics and present it as an analytical dashboard to track issues and prevent escalations. This was was developed and designed by me using NodeJS on the backend and VueJS as the frontend as a completely custom single page application. Another application worth mentioning where I've worked as the lead developer was implementing a great part of our solution for interactive correspondence. The document generation was done using OpenText and therefore I wrote the middleware layer (server) to integrate SAP CRM and OpenText (using NodeJS). Created a REST API to communicate with a frontend dashboard where the agent could edit the interactive correspondence before sending. This application managed part of the lifecycle of the correspondence, it was a End to End solution (from SAP CRM to Correspondence fulfillment).
