I communicate with schools, service providers, speech and language therapists, physios and parents/carers. In my past role as a course leader in PAL I lead a team of 4 learning support assistants. I write and amend the student’s behaviour plans & scripts. I have a lot of experience working with students with a variety of behaviours and I also have experience de-escalating adults and children. I am TEACCH trained which is a specialist course that trains staff to support and teach students on the autistic spectrum.
