  Follow the Bear ® (South Africa) - 'The New and Only National Lost Child Scheme' is a service for when a child gets lost or separated from their Parent/Guardian, whilst out in public anywhere in the South Africa. In other words an unfamiliar surrounding. This could be a Shopping Centre, an Amusement/Theme Park, a Resort, a Beach, in fact anywhere that a child could get separated from the person that is supervising them. We offer ‘A Simple Solution to a Stressful Ordeal’ that helps to reunite the lost child with the Parent/Guardian quicker. Our target market is 3-10 year old's who in the blink of an eye can wander off and lose sight of their Parent/Guardian. How does it work? The facility inform their customers/visitors that they have Follow the Bear ® - Tyvek Lost Child Wristbands available to collect free of charge from their Customer Services/Information Desk or they can be obtained from Security/Staff. If a child gets lost they follow the 'Follow the Bear® - Lost Child Trail' signs which has our Freddie Bear design on, he has directional arrows on his tummy which the child follows enabling them to find their way to a ‘Safety Station’. Once they get there, the member of staff can look at their Tyvek Lost Child Wristband and call the Parent/Guardians mobile number that is written on the wristband, to inform them that their child has been found and is being kept safe at the Lost Child Trail ‘Safety Station’ and where it is. We are looking for Shopping Centres that would like to become a Strategic Business Partners and have the Follow the Bear ® - Lost Child Trails installed around their facility and offer free wristbands to their Customers/Visitors.
