LOCAL DESTINATION BUSINESS: [BROADEN BUSINESS COOPERATIVE SCOPE] Based on commercializing plan of Company, I participated in the local tourism business establishment including analyzing destination data, composing working plan on destination, negotiating with international suppliers on tourism resources, monitoring the contract audit process, training cooperators on updating production and stocks with optimization, serving for potential customers, handling reservation and complaints… Show more LOCAL DESTINATION BUSINESS: [BROADEN BUSINESS COOPERATIVE SCOPE] Based on commercializing plan of Company, I participated in the local tourism business establishment including analyzing destination data, composing working plan on destination, negotiating with international suppliers on tourism resources, monitoring the contract audit process, training cooperators on updating production and stocks with optimization, serving for potential customers, handling reservation and complaints based on business rules, filtrating the supplying chains for resources updating; ACHIEVEMENT 1. Thailand local business achieved TOP 2 marketing occupation within FIT field, it took three months to get 10k reservation per day. The sustainable development model was built up. 2. Based on hierarchical business model of European area, I got France, Italy, UK, SPAIN and Northern Europe reached the competitive level within online tourism industry. Especially Iceland got the TOP 1 FIT market occupation in December 2015 with 8 million+ output. CUSTOMIZATION BUSINESS: [BUILD UP AND OPERATE THE CATEGORY] With the previous experience, I shouldered the task to build up the international customization category, which contains analyzing potential users and platform data, composing working plan, testing the business model, broadening and cultivating business suppliers, adjusting the business model with the feedback, and filtrating the supplying chains for resources updating. ACHIEVEMENT 1. MAFENGWO Customization category achieved TOP 2 marketing occupation within online tourism industry. It got more than 500 China mainland travel agencies and international local travel agencies within three months. 2. Achieved more than 50 key account suppliers which can produce more than 1 million output per day in May 2017. Especially built up island customization project based on characteristics of users and inspired the traditional island business suppliers to get the new channel for sales.
