Job description: 1. GaAs based Epitaxy product (HBT, BiHEMT…etc) development and production using Aixtron G3 Planetary MOCVD Reactor. 2. Product quality control. 3. MOCVD machine maintenance and support. 4. Established False Detection Classification system co-working with FS-Tech(先知科技) Saving more than 200+ pcs of potential fail wafer from being manufactured , also shortened trouble shooting time for reactor hardware issue for estimating 48hrs up in 2017.
