Achievements / Awards: • Launched a new model of IGS/IGPS-9084GP-LA managed Ethernet switch by using ARM based CPU with switch engine and its main SKU for many application, key feature is slim type design and better EMC level, help ORing to enhance the shipment quantity and the revenue increased from USD$700K to USD$1.7M. • Launched IGS/IGPS-9822DGP+ for high bandwidth managed switch by using ARM based CPU with high performance switch engine, support 2.5G and 10G SFP port. Solved the packet drop issue on the temperature test of -40 to 75 degree by using CPU with difference clk input and the PHY used QSGMII interface connect to CPU. Base on the design result, developed the new managed switch of IGS/IGPS-91644DGP+ model and reduced the product design cycle, help ORing to quick announce the product. • Solved the IGS-P9164GC RMA issue, which has stuck with company for 5 years, through the knowledge of PHY, RMA, DOA and Bias Resistor so reduced the DOA shipping cost, kept the model for USD$700K revenue. Roles and Responsibilities: • Dedicate the Un/Managed Ethernet switch, media converter, PoE accessory products line managed for the ITS/Railway or any data transmission application. • Help and prepare the sales guide, product and strategy material for our distribution, SI and end customer. • Handle the product life-cycle, RMA issue and schedule control. • Discuss the ARM based CPU roadmap and new technology with IC+, Realtek, Vitesse, BRCM and planning our product line strategy. • Work with cross-functional team to define the product spec, target market, application, test plan. • Join the ORing seminar and discuss our product benefit, retrofit application, data transmission with our customer.
