Account Managing of Client - Artech, Judge Group & Birlasoft ( FTE & SUB CON) Meet submission, closure and other operations targets. Generating new requirements. Interviewing and qualifying candidates before submitting to the client or Vendor. Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date. Involved in “Induction & training” of new joining within the company. Handle complete operations both sales and recruiting. Extensively worked on all types of requirements with different tax terms like on FTE, and C2H. Responsible for managing client accounts and open searches ranging from production to senior management, both corporate and in the field, driving the hiring process through to a successful close.
