Civil Site Engineer at Lusail Marina Tower Com 27 • Site preparation as per requirement • Excavation and soil test • Piles work (Drilling, Fabrication and installing of rebar cages, Casting, Sonic-Dynamic-Integrity Tests, Head Crushing, water proofing and connecting with raft foundation) • Shotcrete Supervising • Water proofing (Injectable FOSROC system, PGP membrane and Geotextile) • Concrete work: o Blinding and screed o Lift pit and sum pit o Raft foundation with one construction joint (4500m3+2500m3=7000m3) o Vertical element (Lift core walls, shear walls, retaining walls, water tanks…) o Slabs, basement 5400 m2 (4 parts) o Ramp and staircases • Fixing Tower Crane footing in the raft foundation, and Tower Crane erection • Formwork system (DOKA, Cuplock and Variant) o DOKA (Slabs, Lift core walls with climbing system, Water tanks, One side retaining wall, double side retaining wall, columns, round columns, shear walls…) o Variant (Slabs, One side retaining wall, round columns …) o Cuplock (for slab height greater than 5.7m, cantilevers…) • Post tension beams and slabs • Block works • Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements • Coordinating with supplier (Concrete, steel…) • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports • Attend project progress meetings with client and contractor to discuss project progress • Supervising and counselling junior engineer • Resolving technical issues with designer and subcontractors • Replacement of Project Manager (more than 2 months) Show less
